Former Republican United States Senator Fred Thompson of Tennessee is being encouraged to run for President. This is an avenue for discussion to encourage Fred Thompson to jump into the Republican Presidential water.
Hi my name is Anita Murray Dixon from Va., and in the 80's, I lived in Nashville, TN and was close personal friends with Fred. We lost touch when I moved back to Va. in 1990. In 2003 I was paralyzed in an ATV farm accident. I want to ask Fred what his position is on stem cell for those in need of help like me. I drive, work and maintain my small farm but have to have help every day. And because I'm not broke yet...I have to pay $50-$100 a day just to get in/out of bed. I want to walk again, and Fred is a passionate caring person, so I pray he would want to help the 100s of 1000s like me who want/need to walk again.
